Respect
Treat everyone in the car as you would a neighbour. No harassment, no abuse, no unwanted physical contact, and no discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, gender, region, language, disability or anything else.
Safety
Drivers: a roadworthy vehicle, a valid licence, no alcohol or drugs, no phone in your hand, and no more passengers than the car is permitted to carry. Passengers: wear a seatbelt where one is fitted and do not distract the driver.
Honesty
Use your real name and photograph. Publish rides you intend to make. Do not create false accounts, false rides or false bookings, and do not manipulate ratings, reviews or referral rewards.
What may not be carried
No weapons, no illegal drugs, no explosives or flammable goods, no live animals without the driver's agreement, and nothing whose carriage is unlawful.
Money
Pay through the app. Do not ask for or accept payment outside it. Do not use the platform to advertise a taxi or commercial transport service.
If something goes wrong
Use the Safety section to report a person or an incident, or to block someone. Every report is read by our team. In an emergency on the road, call 112 first: this app cannot call emergency services for you.
Consequences
Breaking these rules can mean a warning, the loss of a booking, the withholding of a settlement pending investigation, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, and, where the conduct is criminal, a report to the police.
