Is this a taxi service?
No. Drivers publish journeys they are already making and share the cost. There is no fare meter and no commercial hire.
Do I need the ride to start where I am?
No. If a ride passes through your town, you can board there and get off anywhere further along the route.
What is the PIN for?
It proves the right passenger got into the right car. The driver enters it to start the trip; nobody else can.
When am I charged?
When you book. Your seat is held while you pay, and released if you do not.
What if I cancel?
You are shown exactly what you would get back before you confirm. Our server works it out from the cancellation policy.
What if the driver does not come?
Raise a dispute from the booking. Our team reads it and decides — the app never decides money on its own.
